Dr Oz The Pegan 365 Diet Plan, Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal
If you are craving a hearty and filling breakfast while on the pegan 365 diet. This apple cinnamon oatmeal will satisfy your sweet cravings.

- 1 Cup of filtered water.
- 1/3 Cup of gluten free rolled oats.
- 1/8 Cup of walnuts optional.
- 1/3 Apple chopped.
- 2/3 Table spoon of seedless raisin.
- 2/3 Table spoon of maple syrup its optional.
- Put some cinnamon for the taste.
Use a medium saucepan and bring the water to a boil over medium heat. Next pour raisins, oats, raisins and cinnamon. Stir continuously while adding the ingredients.
Next you should reduce the heat and let the mixture simmer until it has a creamy consistency. You should be sure to stir the ingredients on occasion every 7 to 9 minutes.
Finally, serve with some maple syrup and walnuts on top and enjoy! 🙂
Dr Oz The Pegan 365 Diet Plan, No Bake Brownies
Looking to give your dessert a healthy make over. These brownies are perfect for the Pegan 365 diet.

- 15 Oz can of a black beans rinsed it and drained.
- 1 1/2 Cups dates soaked for about 10 minutes in warm water then drained.
- 1 Table spoon of vanilla extract.
- A pinch of sea salt.
- 1/2 Cup of pure unsweetened cocoa powder.
- 1 1/4 Cups of pecans.
Use an 8 by 8 baking dish and line with wax paper. Set to the side.
Combine all of the ingredients listed above in a blender or food processor. Mix until it reaches your desired consistency.
If you like your brownies to have some texture, don’t blend all the way. If you like “fudgy” brownies keep blending until totally smooth.
Now, press the dough evenly into the pan you had previously prepared and sprinkle some of the chopped pecans on top.
Put the pan in the freezer for about 2 hours.
Cut it into 16 squares and return to the freezer until your ready to enjoy your brownies!
