Hi I am here to share about Dr oz show tomorrow march 9. I know that I always make a more recipes. But I never been making the recipes of Hilaria Baldwin’s, also white soup. Dr oz also mention about the natural nasal decongestant. Which is very interesting and it will help many people who is having a hard time to breath.
Dr Oz Hilaria Baldwin’s Roasted White Winter Soup
This creamy soup is very delicious and very nutritious its good for everyday and perfect for winter weather. It is very good to eat if you have a cold. - 1/4 Cup of olive oil.
- 1 Bulb fennel, chopped in about 2 1/2 cups.
- 1 Small cauliflower, sliced in about 3 cups.
- 4 Parsnips, sliced in about 5 cups.
- 1 Large onion, sliced in about 2 cups.
- 4-6 Cloves of garlic.
- 1 Container about 32 oz vegetable broth.
- 1 Cup of dry white wine.
- 2 Cup of almond milk.
- 1 Table spoon of miso paste.
- 1/4 Cup of apple cider vinegar.
- 1 Teaspoon of salt.
- 1/2 Teaspoon of ground black pepper.
- Preheat your oven in about 450°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Drizzle half of the oil on the prepared baking sheet. And then add a fennel and cauliflower, parsnips, onion, and garlic. Drizzle more with the remaining oil.
- Roast for about a 35 to 40 minutes, or until mixture is browned, and tender already.
- At the last 10 minutes of baking time, in your large stockpot or Dutch oven over high heat, bring the broth and wine to a boil.
- Then add the roasted vegetables.
- Then reduce the heat to a medium and low and simmer for about 15 minutes.
- Then remove from the heat.
- Using an immersion blender or a tabletop blender, puree until smooth.
- Then add the almond milk, and the miso paste, vinegar, salt, and pepper and blend until well it will mixed.
- Return the pureed soup to the pot and bring back to a simmer over medium-low heat (do not boil!).
- It best to serve it hot.

This home remedies is very amazing and really important to learn how to make it. Its because it can help you breath properly if you have a breathing problems. This decongestant is very simple and easy recipe. It made of peppermint oil helps which break up mucus in your system and clears your nasal passageways.
2 Table spoon of coconut oil.
2 Drops of peppermint extract.
Mix it together coconut oil and peppermint extract until well mixed.
Rub a small amount of the mixture on your chest at night for easier breathing.
