- 1 Lb of chicken tenders
- Kosher of salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 table spoon of olive oil
- 1/2 yellow onion, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup beer
Instruction for cooking tipsy chicken
Heat your large non-stick skillet about medium high heat and add the oil. Season your chicken tenders with salt and pepper and add to the pan. Saute it for about 3 to 4 minutes and then add the onions and garlic and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Toss your bell peppers and cook it until all of the vegetables is tender. Add your beer and then let it reduce by a half. And then adjust the seasoning if needed and then serve.
