28 Day Thyroid Boost Plan for Lunch
You should eat 30 grams of protein for lunch. You can choose between turkey, skinless chicken, and pork products ending with “loin” or “leg”
Snacks and tips – Just 2 brazil nuts gives you a huge amount of selenium and all the selenium you need to help boost your thyroid. Dr. Oz also suggested that you sprinkle sea salt on your food. Sea Salt contains trace minerals, including iodine which helps support the thyroid.
