Green Alkaline Shake
- 1 Cup coconut water.
- 3 Kale leaves.
- 1 Inches piece of ginger.
- 1/2 Avocado.
- 1/2 Cup mango chunks.
- Put all ingredients in the blender.
- And blend it well until it smooth.
- Enjoy your smoothie.
Purple Alkaline Shake
- 1 Cup light coconut milk.
- 1 Cup blueberries.
- 1 Handful of spinach.
- 1 Tables spoon of almond butter.
- 1/2 Teas spoon of honey.
- Put all the ingredients in the blender.
- Blend it well until it smooth.
- Enjoy your healthy smoothie.
