- 1 zucchini, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- sea salt
- ground black pepper
- 1 pinch paprika
- heat the oven for about 450 degrees f.
- Toss zucchini & olive oil & salt & pepper put them together in a bowl.
- Turn the zucchini slices out onto a baking sheet.
- Then sprinkle some paprika over the top of the slices of zucchini.
- Then bake in the heated oven until golden and crisp for about 25 or 30 minutes.
