- 1 Medium beet, sliced into pieces
- 2 Stalks of kale.
- 1 lemon juice.
- 1 inches piece of ginger.
- 2 Apples.
- 1 Handful of fresh parsley.
- 1/2 Cup water.
Instructions for beet smoothie
- Mix all ingredients and blender until your smoothie done.
- You can add 1 cup of water if you needed more water on your smoothie.
