- 1 Tables spoon vanilla extract.
- 4 Tables spoon almond butter.
- 1 Cup of unweetened coconut milk.
- 1 Scoop of plant based protein powder.
- Put all ingredients in the blender
- Then blend it well until it will smooth properly.

- 1 Avocado sliced.
- 1 Pear sliced.
